Mindful practices and tools for life balance and stress reduction
Ask yourself...
Is your life out of balance?
Are you feeling overwhelmed with all of your responsibilities?
Do you feel like you are just putting your head down, and trudging on through your day?
Do you feeling constantly fatigued? Worn out? Relying on caffeine for energy?
Are you feeling discouraged or depressed? A sense of background angst or ennui?
Are you filled with worry? Fear you can’t keep up or that you will make a mistake?
Feeling irritable? Impatient? Defensive? Blaming?
Having trouble concentrating? Having trouble making decisions or remembering things?
Truth telling time! How many yeses did you have?
These are symptoms of STRESS.
Stress
Stress is a term that gets tossed around a lot…”I am so stressed out!”
Stress can be good for us and stress can be bad for us.
The American Institute of Stress notes that 75-90% of visits to primary care physicians are for stress-related complaints. Learn more about the autonomic nervous system and stress.
Stress is insidious. Have you ever heard the analogy of the frog in a pot of water? It is said that if you throw a frog into a pot of boiling water he will jump out. But if you place a frog in cool water and slowly heat it up to a boil, he will not jump up but will stay in and die. He has slowly adapted to the change of temperature and before he knows it he is overheated to the point that he can’t save himself.
Stress is like that… we slowly adapt to circumstances and before we know it, we are yelling at someone we care about or getting sick, or have chronic pains or syndromes such as IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or an autoimmune disease or we have a gnawing feeling of angst constantly living in the background.
Chronic stress continually robs our bodies of precious resources needed for our health and vitality.
This would be no different than a car in overdrive on a very long trip. Eventually, you will run out of gas, right? This is what we do to our bodies, except our health can’t be replaced like a car.
LIFE IS HARD!
And some people seem to have more of their share of life challenges ranging from loss of loved ones, family difficulties, job struggles, financial stress, divorce, etc. It hardly seems fair sometimes.
But one thing we know for sure… life keeps happening. Sometimes it seems to flow and other times it just comes at us and leaves us feeling overwhelmed.

Still Mountain Coaching
How it works:
Still Mountain Coaching can be done one-on-one in person in my office, via Skype or on the phone.
One of my gifts is my intuitive abilitiy – to read the energy of your body and your field. This brings the opportunity for deeper insight that you might not get otherwise. I am able to “see” this whether you are in the room with me or over the phone from great distance.
As I guide you, verbally and energetically, you will be able to go deeper in the practices and be able to access your resources more quickly.
If we work together in person, I may include some hands-on work to support your nervous system and to deepen your awareness of “calm”.
Together, I can help you create a life that is more enjoyable, relaxing and fulfilling; a life where you will still be able to tap into your inner resources and find more health and happiness.
Every client receives support according to his or her personal needs, based on my extensive experience over the past thirty years working with clients suffering with chronic pain (physical, emotional, Spiritual pain), coaching and mentoring students and clients.

Coaching with Regina
A few things about me…
I am grounded, practical and organized. I have the ability to see the whole being as well as the individual parts. I like time and energy efficiency – a true Capricorn.
I love to be a resource for people whether it is recommending a good restaurant, a beautiful place to hike, a needed service or product or pointing someone to their own inner resources. I am deeply touched when someone recognizes their own inner wisdom and guidance.
I have a deep connection to nature and to Spirit. I believe that living an authentic life is as simple as having a clear mind, open heart, and staying connected to one’s True Nature. This then allows for clear seeing – where to put your energies and attention, when to take action and when to stay quiet and still, what is true and resonating for you and what is not (simple, not always easy).
