Please join Regina Callahan of Still Mountain Healer and Jenny DeDecker of Full Moon Rising Wellness as they share tools that are simple, practical, and effective to help you meet everyday challenges with grace and compassion.

It takes time, commitment and intention to create new patterns and habits in one’s life. We are offering on-going support through this program so you can feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in your new skills.

Regina Callahan and Jenny DeDecker bring over 5 combined decades of meditation, Mindfulness, Coaching, Bodywork, Craniosacral and Yoga experience and practice.



Course Format:

Your investment includes:

  • 4 90 minute live webinars with your teachers Jenny and Regina

  • In the weeks between the live webinars you will receive a video or audio with additional tools and practices and support for your journey

  • Participants will also have the opportunity to meet individually with one of the instructors during the program. The mentor session may be scheduled after the first webinar via phone or zoom.

  • You will receive PDFs of the tools and practices for reference.

  • You will have access to a password protected private page so you can reference the materials in your timing.

  • Webinars will be recorded and available to replay within 48 hours.

Still Mountain Healer

A healing practitioner and teacher for 34 years Regina brings her grounded presence to her work. She is the Director of Still Mountain Healer School of Craniosacral Studies.  Combining the worlds of craniosacral work, bodywork, coaching, meditation, mindfulness, and the wilderness Regina is inspired to share her “go to” tools for navigating the journey of life. In her spare time, she can be found on her bike, skis, or hiking boots reveling in her backyard of Bend, Oregon.

Jenny DeDecker

Full Moon Rising Wellness

Jenny DeDecker, MS, is a second year PhD Mind-Body Medicine student at Saybrook University, specializing in Mindful Leadership in Healthcare.  Her research focus is on the embodiment of compassion in health care and the role of compassion as a means to mitigate burnout and increase quality of life.  Jenny is owner of Full Moon Rising, a wellness studio offering bodywork, yoga and mindfulness instruction, and maternal health services.  She resides in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with her husband and two children.
