POLICIES: DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
You may hold your spot in the Craniosacral retreat by paying a $250 deposit when you register. The balance is due 42 days prior to the first day of the retreat (midnight PST February 21, 2020).
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
In order to receive the early registration discount for the retreat, full payment must be received by the early registration deadline (midnight PST February 21, 2020). If full payment is not received by the deadline, your invoice will be updated to reflect the regular price. Your balance may be paid by credit card via PayPal or by check (received by midnight PST February 21, 2020).
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, illness, family emergency, weather, etc), but we have already incurred significant costs when reserving the location and retreat center. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the event that your plans change.
For those traveling to our retreats and workshops, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Please note that there may be a separate cancellation policy for your accommodation and meal package depending on the location.
PROCEDURE TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION
To cancel your registration you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: Regina@ReginaCallahan.com.
We will acknowledge your cancellation within 24-48 hours. If you do not hear from us, please resend your email or call Regina at 541-390-3191 or Jenny at 906-221-3403.
IF YOU CANCEL:
You may cancel your registration up until 42 days (midnight PST February 20, 2020) prior to the workshop and receive a full refund of any monies paid, less a $100 administration fee. Any cancellations received less than 42 days prior to workshop will not be refunded or credited.
IF WE CANCEL THE WORKSHOP OR RETREAT
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop or retreat due too few participants or unforeseen circumstances, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. Please check with us prior to booking your flight to ensure that we have met the minimum number of registrations to hold the training. In the event that we must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent on us receiving a refund from the retreat center. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in order to cover these risks.
Once you have registered for tuition with us, then make arrangements for accommodations (meals & lodging) with Well Being Retreat Center.
